The Blue Jay (approx. 870 sq. ft.) A fully detached home with a large wooden terrace made in a loftstyle on a large parcel of land located directly by the Bay. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace, bathroom (fully equipped), two bedrooms (fully equipped) each with two beds. The garage and storage areas are located in the basement, include a laundry with washer and dryer.

All our prices are in Canadian funds (CAD). The prices are for a one-day rental period per home. Minimum rental period are three days. The prices include hydro and sales tax. A heating surcharge of CAD 50.00 per week must be levied during the winter season. Cleaning costs are CAD 70.00 per home (following your stay). An CAD 300.00 security deposit is required prior to arrivel, which shall be returned to you upon your departure. Heating surcharge, cleaning fees, deposit and the occupation fees must be paid in full prior to arrivel.
